A long time ago and gave the mixture of designs, colors and styles to make the environment a more interesting (and to buy everything to play out very expensive). Trips, markets, souvenirs, Danish furniture and modernism, chair Louis XVI and the last object of desire of the design are in my opinion the perfect mix. And now look where someone thinks that in addition to this the crisis is "the thing to do". Christiane Lemieux launched his book 'Undecorate' in NY last week at the Ace Hotel and gives tips on how to decorate today. New York by Gehry has just become the tallest residential building in the Western Hemisphere with 870 feet tall. Formally known as Beekman Tower, the 76-story building in Downtown Manhattan and has transformed the skyline of the city.

World-renowned architect Frank Gehry told Paul Goldberger of the New Yorker "the first move I made was to lengthen it, then tried to give it some movement. I started giving it a twist, but it's too hard to make the pipeline to go up. "
Small rotations around the facade call them "Bernini folds", bearing the name of Renaissance sculptor.
The New York building will not be exclusively residential. A public school will occupy the first five floors. With 903 rental units for occupancy, rent starts at $ 3,000 a month, and rises to $ 15,000 more.

Karim presented its new collection for Alessi

Karim Rashid, one of the designers that I admire and with whom I had the pleasure of working for almost two years just to reach the city of New York, has designed her latest collection for the table called Hellraiser produced by Italian brand Alessi.

The collection was presented a few weeks ago at Maison & Objet in Paris, one of the major European shows for home design. It consists of a bowl, a tray and a basket laser cut into geometric shapes that look like abstract representations of the city. What I like about this collection is the play of shadows, seems like a maze!
